October 24 Event in Princeton with Writer Sarah Morgan
In today’s virtual, global workplace, the written word is increasingly the main mode of communication – in documents, presentations, on web sites, social media, even IM. The New Jersey Communications, Advertising and Marketing Association (NJ CAMA) will give members and non-members a look at writing for modern media at its October guest speaker event featuring Sarah Morgan, social media and writing expert.
Morgan’s fascinating and interactive presentation will show attendees the rules of writing, how to write copy that sells, what to say and when, how to use writing to manage your personal brand and more. The event will be held on Wednesday, October 24 from 6-8 p.m. at D&R Greenway located at 1 Preservation Place, Princeton, NJ 08540.
Sarah Morgan is a Communications Manager at Merck, where she develops and executes communications for the Global Compliance Organization. Formerly a freelance writer, Sarah was previously Director of Client Services for MCS Healthcare Public Relations and a Communications Specialist for Johnson & Johnson.
Sarah has lectured to professional and academic audiences along the East Coast about social media and her master’s thesis was on how social media is changing language. Sarah blogs at sarah-morgan.com; tweets at twitter.com/sarahmorgan; and appears professionally at linkedin.com/in/sarahmorgan
