Karen plans and implements internal communications campaigns that inform and engage her colleagues in understanding ETS’s corporate mission, corporate strategy and strategic priorities. She is responsible for CEO communications to the Board of Trustees and employees, the corporate intranet, and the development of new peer-to-peer and bottom-up communications strategies. Prior to this role, she served as senior manager of external and media relations at ETS; director of communications with Front Porch in Burbank, California; and marketing communications writer and editor with United Way of America in Alexandria, Virginia. She has a bachelor’s in both English and mass communications/ journalism from James Madison University and is a member of the International Association for Business Communicators and Public Relations Society of America.

Erin provides strategic and tactical support for CMA clients, providing the day-to-day management needed to stay on-time and on-target. By overseeing CMA’s creative, public relations and client services teams, Erin contributes to all marketing projects such as advertisements, e-blasts, direct mail, collateral material and websites, from start to finish. Additionally, Erin is adept at working with and conveying the needs of clients and ensuring continuity as they relate to their overall marketing goals and strategy. While serving as a major client communications conduit, Erin also coordinates large-scale projects with an unmatched ability to multitask, making her a vital asset to each account team she leads. A true testament to Erin’s strategic vision, she has been responsible for a total revamping of the company’s marketing approach. Prior to CMA, Erin worked in New York City for a line of women’s fashion suits and also gained hands-on experience while working with a top advertising firm. Judith Kennerk has an extensive career in direct-to-consumer retail marketing spanning the last 20 years. Her most recent corporate role was as Marketing Director and specialist in private label proprietary credit and partnership marketing for 6 brands. Judith’s wide management experience includes direct mail, catalog media circulation, database and mailing segmentation strategy, print and web creative management, web a/b testing and UAT.
Judith is a marketing and communications volunteer for several organizations in the Princeton area including the Princeton Senior Resource Center, The West Windsor Arts Council and the Princeton Community Works Conference. Judith is also a Trustee with the Friends of Princeton Nursery Lands.
A graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, in Fall 2011 Judith will begin the Masters in Communications and Information Studies graduate program at Rutgers University.

Ms. Ellie Patounas serves as an Account Leader for the Office of the Vice President of Marketing and Public Affairs at Educational Testing Service (ETS), a non-profit research based organization, located in Princeton, NJ. ETS serves individuals, educational institutions and government agencies by providing customized solutions for teacher certification, English-language learning, and elementary, secondary and post-secondary education, as well as conducting education research, analysis and policy studies. Founded in 1947, ETS develops, administers and scores more than 50 million tests annually — including the TOEFL® and TOEIC® tests, the GRE® test and The Praxis Series™ assessments — in more than 180 countries, at over 9,000 locations worldwide.
Ellie has been with ETS for more than eleven years and has spent her time working in internal and external communications, marketing and public affairs. Her extensive experience ranges from client management, internal communications, project management, print production and finance. Ellie earned a MA in Higher Education and Organizational Management from Drexel University and a BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Steve operates Lubetkin Global Communications LLC and its division, Professional Podcasts LLC, an award-winning producer of radio, TV and other multimedia content distributed over the Internet as podcasts. The firm received a 2010 Astra Award from NJCAMA for its business-to-business podcasts created for global insurer/reinsurer ACE Group.
A seasoned technology futurist and nationally published photojournalist, Steve was one of the first journalists to use a portable computer in the field when he reported on a Grateful Dead rock concert in 1977. He has included an email address on his business card since 1988.
He is a Senior Fellow of the Society for New Communications Research, a global think tank for advanced study of new communications tools, technologies and emerging modes of communication, and their effect on traditional media, professional communications, business, culture and society. He is a member of the Online News Association, Radio & Television Digital News Association (RTDNA), National Press Photographers Association, Professional Photographers of America, Society of Professional Journalists, and both PRSA and IABC. He holds the “Accredited in Public Relations” (APR) designation from PRSA, and is a member of the PRSA College of Fellows.

Bill Petzinger is a communications director in the Marketing & Public Affairs division for the world’s largest educational assessment and research organization. Prior to that, he was an account executive at Poppe Tyson Advertising and Public Relations. Bill has extensive experience in public relations, marketing and brand management. Early in his career, he was the assistant editor for the Experienced Citizen and a reporter for the Parsippany-Troy Hills News.
He volunteers as the public affairs officer for the United States Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol’s McGuire Composite Squadron. In addition to NJCAMA, Bill has served on the board of directors for the Upper Freehold Regional Education Foundation. He is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators and the Public Relations Society of America.
Bill graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor’s degree in English. He has a Master’s degree in public relations from Rowan University.
